Teleconferencing Services
  • Teleconferencing services, provided by Verizon Business , are available to Capital University departments only. A departmental account can be established to utilize this service. 


    All conference calls and meetings should be used for conducting Capital University business only. Any abuse of this service will be reported directly to the Department of Human Resources for appropriate disciplinary action.

    To set up a conference call, submit a request online to the IT service desk, including the following information:

    • your name
    • the department name
    • department budget code
    • the number of participants
    • date and time needed for conference call (start and end times please); and
    • any other special needs related to the call


    All charges will be billed and paid directly from your department budget account. You will receive an email confirmation with your participant code and toll-free number.
