You’ve done all of this before.

We’ll give you only what you need. You’ll have the opportunity to meet with faculty, staff, and peers; get your questions answered, and help continue your journey at Capital University.
We know that you bring past understanding about college life, so we’ve designed a transfer orientation program especially for you.

Orientation Schedule

It’s going to be a busy day, but it will be filled with fun and tons of information. Orientation check-in begins at 8 am and you should be done by 5 pm.

We are so glad you dedicated to become a part of the Capital University family. Please use our orientation preparation checklist to help you take your next steps.

	Complete the Required Forms for Incoming Students. This includes your health and wellness forms, emergency contact form, and housing forms.
	Get Your IT Information in Order Before orientation, you need to retrieve your IT account information. We will send your PIN to the email account you provided during the admissions process, and then you can follow the user account retrieval process (PDF) to get your username, ID number, and temporary password. Make sure you immediately change your password once you're done. If you have questions you can call the Information Technology Help Desk at 614-236-6508.
	Check Out Your eBill You’ll receive a notification via your Capital University email when your electronic billing statement is available. Statements are updated weekly. Please note that you will be charged for student health insurance unless you follow the opt-out process.
