Payments

Payment can be made via telephone 24 hours a day by calling 1-800-259-7117 (all major credit cards accepted). Payment can be made via the web by visiting www.udayton.edu/~bursar. If registering in person, you may pay by credit card, money order or personal check payable to the University of Dayton, or a statement can be mailed to you.

A payment plan is available for the first (fall) and second (spring) term. Payment instructions will accompany your statement.

Capital University Fee Waivers

Students are eligible to use a maximum of four (4) Capital University fee waivers for University of Dayton graduate courses taken at the Capital University campus, not to exceed one (1) per term. Each fee waiver is good for one course, up to a maximum of three semester hours. The original fee waiver must be presented to the Graduate Education Office, 101 Ruff Memorial Learning Center, along with a $50.00 service fee payable to Capital University. DO NOT mail or fax fee waivers directly to the University of Dayton or to the payment center.
 

  • Fee waivers used for First (Fall) term tuition, must be turned in to the Graduate Education office by September 25.
  • Fee waivers used for Second (Spring) term tuition, must be turned in to the Graduate Education office by January 25.
  • Fee waivers used for session I or full third term tuition, must be turned in to the Graduate Education office by June 25.
  • Fee waivers used for session II tuition, must be turned in by July 25.

Financial Aid

Students seeking financial aid may complete the FAFSA form online and get answers to frequestly asked questions by visiting the University of Dayton Financial Aid Web Pages.

NOTE: When filing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), the University of Dayton must be listed as a school to receive results. The school code for the University of Dayton is 003127.
