Academic Technology Video Assistant

Pay Rate: $8.75
The Academic Technology Video Assistant will work on a project basis to assist with video recording of special academic events on campus including guest speakers, faculty colloquium series, and full day events such as the MLK day of learning.
Scheduling and being responsible for camera equipment from the TV studio. Run video cameras and assure for quality in audio and video feeds during recording. Process videos after recording event to add title slides, insert power point slides, add lower third titles, correct flaws in audio and video, compress and publish video in a variety of formats. Other duties as assigned.
Two years experience with video equipment. Two years experience in post production of video projects. Experience with Avid, Adobe Premier, Adobe Photoshop, Windows Movie Maker, iMovie or other video editing software.
