    • Biography

      Franki Sibberson, past-president of the National Council of Teachers of English (NCTE), is a retired elementary teacher with 33 years of experience in Dublin, Ohio. She has co-authored several books including Beyond Leveled Books (Stenhouse), Still Learning to Read (Stenhouse) Day-to-Day Assessment in the Reading Workshop (Scholastic), and Digital Reading: What’s Essential (NCTE). Franki currently consults with a specific focus on student-driven reading choices, literacy workshop, and digital literacy skills.
