Michaele is a practicing educator, art therapist and mental health clinician providing services such as art therapy, counseling and administration to psychiatric programs, medical hospitals, schools, workshops community workshops, geriatric facilities, prisons and diversion programs within the legal system. She serves art therapy by actively participating in state legislative affairs for art therapy, has held several board positions on the Buckeye Art Therapy Association, and was a member of the Education Program Approval Board for the American Art Therapy Association.
She has presented at regional and national conferences and workshops. She provides community education about art therapy and has done interviews for television, radio and magazines. Michaele continues to provide art therapy and mental health services in her own practice.
BFA in Fine Arts from Kent State University M.S.Ed. in Community Clinical Counseling from Dayton University Graduate Level Art Therapy Training through Harding Hospital/affiliate with Lesley University.
