    • Biography

      Dr. Peck is dedicated to student learning, continually innovating and creatively using technology to enhance student learning. She enjoys teaching a wide range of students, from high school students in the Leadership Bexley program to first-year students in their first college business course to seasoned executives in the MBA program. Dr. Peck has also developed and conducted employee development programs that range from a few hours to six weeks. Clients have included Capital University Department of Nursing, Elford Inc., Jewish Family Services, Nationwide Insurance, Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Ohio Society of Professional Engineers and Sears. 
       
      Dr. Peck regularly presents at the Lilly Conference on College and University Teaching, reviews for the Lilly Conference and publishes in the Journal of Management Education
