    Activity Management and Programming (AMP) is a fast-paced, student-centered organization that is always offering something new and exciting. We plan and implement fun, free events for everyone to enjoy while at Cap. We are dedicated to ensuring that these programs are high quality, creative and diverse.

    Our mission is to provide the ideal co-curricular experience to the Capital community by providing a wide variety of of programs and activities, and to encourage campus-wide involvement.


    Upcoming Events 

    Kids & Sibs Weekend

    Activity and Management Programming (AMP) is excited to host this year’s Kids and Sibs Weekend on February 2-4, 2018. For the first time ever, we are also extending our programming to include Friday as well if you want to add to the experience at Cap! Capital students are able to host up to two (2) guests for the events between the ages of 5 and 17. Please fill out only ONE registration form per Capital student and their guest(s).

    The weekend schedule (subject to change) is as follows:

    Friday, February 2

    • 6 pm: Columbus Blue Jackets hockey game vs. San Jose Sharks (Game starts at 7pm - bus transportation provided )
      *Limited tickets available - must be at Capital & ready to depart from campus at 6pm to attend*
      Tickets: $10 for Capital students, Kids & Sibs guest tickets complimentary

    • 7 - 10:30 pm: Movie Night - Movie, board games, and snack bar provided, Schneider, Harry C. Moores Student Union
    Saturday, February 3
    • 9:30 - 1 pm: Check-in & Light Breakfast, Lobby, Harry C. Moores Student Union 
    • 12 - 1 pm: Bingo, Weiler, Harry C. Moores Student Union 
    • 1 - 2 pm: Meet animals from the Columbus Zoo, Schneider, Harry C. Moores Student Union

      Afternoon Options:
    • 2 pm - Men's Basketball Game vs. Mount Union, Capital Center 
    • 2 pm - Shuttles to Easton Town Center (Shuttles provided until 5pm)
    • 2:30 pm - Bowling at Eastland Lanes (Bus will return at 5pm to Capital)
    • 7 pm: Comedian, Magician & Balloon Artist John Cassidy, Huntington Recital Hall

    • 9 - 11am: Cap Fam Breakfast, One Main Cafe
