    MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 14

    9:30-10:30pm: Residence Hall Community Conversation (First Year Students Only)
    This required meeting for all residential students will be an opportunity for you to reconnect with your RA and floormates, while also learning the expectations of and opportunities for students living on campus.

    Location: Mound Street Plaza (the fountains) / Rain Location: Harry C. Moores Student Union
    It’s the perfect time to pick up a succulent to start the new year – and to try out Johnson’s Ice Cream – a Bexley favorite! Stop by any time!

    Happy Constitution Day!

    10am – 2pm: Voter Registration
    Location: Mound Street Plaza (the fountains) / Rain Location: Harry C. Moores Student Union
    Have you registered to vote? Have you applied for your absentee ballot? College students are traditionally seen as non-voters and we are doing everything we can to change that statistic. Stop by the learn about voting on campus, getting registered, or applying for your absentee ballot. 

    4 – 6pm: Voter Registration VIRTUAL!

    4pm: Gate Ceremony
    Meet your OL group at your designated place and time to walk through the Gate! We will livestream your walk so your parents and families can see you! Don’t forget your mask!

    4:30 – 7pm: Cap-a-palooza!
    Location: All over campus
    Enjoy music, inflatables, lawn games, and more at this Welcome Weekend extravaganza! Enjoy fun finger foods and enter a raffle to win cool prizes!

    1 - 5pm: Capital Takes Over the Zoo.
    Head to the Columbus Zoo with your CapFam! If the Zoo is not your style, stop by Schaaf Lawn and play some mini golf!

    8-10pm: Cap County Fair 
    Various Locations across campus, see the event on Engage for location information 
    Come on down to the Cap County Fair!  After a long hiatus, this Capital University tradition returns for 2020! With locations across campus you’ll have a chance to enjoy food, fun, and fellowship at this year's fair!

    It’s time to find your class locations for the first day of in person and hybrid courses! All academic buildings will be unlocked so you can find your class locations for the semester.
