Office-Switchboard/Building Patrol/"O" Lot Shuttle Driver
Responsibilities
OFFICE-SWITCHBOARD - Student workers will perform a variety of tasks as requested, often dealing with confidential information. Telephone - answer, forward voicemail messages,forward calls to other offices. Receive and transfer incoming calls. File paperwork, distribute parking permits.
BUILDING PATROL - Patrol University buildings and report any suspicious activity - Extensive walking required,
SHUTTLE DRIVER - Drive University "O" Lot Shuttle Van - transport students to and from the "O" Lot.
Student worker will work a combination of the responsibilities listed above.
Evening and weekend hours available. Work hours available during the summer and during school breaks.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must Be 19 years or older,
Must have a Valid Driver's License,
Must be reliable and punctual,
Must be willing to work a combination of hours performing Switchboard/Office duties, Building Patrol and driving the Shuttle
Must be able to work in all weather conditions (Rain, snow, cold temperatures, etc.)
