Description
Work with the Center for Global Education, ESL and GSA to promote office events and study abroad. (8 – 10 hours a week.)
Responsibilities
Develop and promote social media for the offices. Contact study abroad participants and interview to develop stories. Promote student stories on office social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.) Assist with program development for the office such as researching program opportunities and venues, making reservations and promoting activities.
Qualifications
Strong writing, research and communication skills. Experience with using social media platforms and developing flyers and brochures using InDesign, Canva, PowerPoint, and other flyer creation software. Ability to network and reach-out to other students, faculty and staff for their content. Communication majors is a plus, but not a requirement if student has other experience.
