Biography

Annie Whitcraft is a graduate of Capital University’s BSN program in 2013 and MSN, with an emphasis in nursing education, in 2020. Since 2013, she has been a pediatric nurse working in a variety of specialties from pediatric surgical units to the cardio-thoracic intensive care. In 2021, she began teaching full-time in a traditional undergraduate program where she taught a variety of courses including pediatrics, pharmacology, and nursing research.

Annie joined Capital University as the clinical liaison and instructor in the summer of 2022 and currently teaches pediatrics and lifespan development in the undergraduate program. She is a Certified Pediatric Nurse and member of Sigma Theta Tau and the Ohio League for Nursing. She enjoys working with students in the classroom as well as the lab and clinical setting.
