Biography

Anthony Marcum is an Assistant Professor at Capital University Law School, where he teaches Civil Procedure and Administrative Law. He earned his B.A. from Ohio State University, J.D. from Rutgers Law School, and LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center. He was most recently a Clinical Teaching Fellow at Georgetown Law and earlier served as counsel to a U.S. senator. Originally from Monroe County, Ohio, Professor Marcum is excited to return to his home state to join the Capital Law community.
