Biography
Jay Paskan joins Capital University Law School to teach first-year Legal Analysis and Writing and upper-level drafting classes. Professor Paskan attended Cleveland State University College of Law and spent nearly a decade in medical malpractice defense before he started teaching at Charleston School of Law in South Carolina. After teaching writing-based classes for five years, he moved back to Ohio to re-enter practice. Professor Paskan most recently taught first-year and LLM legal writing at the University of Cincinnati College of Law and is looking forward to continuing to help students develop written and oral communication skills. When he is not teaching, Jay enjoys baking and attending FC Cincinnati games.
