Event Planning
The staff of Meeting and Event Services have over 30 years of event planning and hospitality management experience. We strive to assist you in making your event a true success. We do this by building a relationship through event planning discussions, finding the best locations, and offering compatible services so that you and your guests enjoy your time with us.

Summer Camps and Conferences
During the summer months, Capital University opens up our campus to a variety of academic, athletic, musical, and youth/adult focused camps and conferences. Internal Events
Faculty and Staff
If you would like to host an internal meeting or special event and are faculty or staff of Capital University, you may request space through 25LivePro or fill out an inquiry form.
Students
If you are a student organization and would like to host an event, please submit your request through Engage. Please contact the Student and Community Engagement Office with any questions.
