Biography

Mr. Pliskin currently serves as Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Vice President, Legal, Governance, HR for OneFifteen, a not-for-profit ecosystem dedicated to the full and sustained recovery of people experiencing opioid addiction and other substance use disorders. From 2016 to 2021, Mr. Pliskin was Vice President, Compliance and Governance for MediGold, a Medicare Advantage health plan. Mr. Pliskin’s strong health law background, combined with his compliance, governance, and regulatory experience gained over 25 years as a health lawyer and compliance officer, enables him to provide strategic oversight and direction to businesses and clients as they successfully navigate the highly regulated health care industry. Larry has worked in a variety of settings including large law firms, small law firms, solo practitioner, in-house counsel, health systems, and an academic medical center. Previously a health care associate at Bricker and Eckler law firm, Larry moved in-house with legal and compliance roles at Express-Med, American Health Holding, and Good Night Medical. When not working, Larry devotes time to his family (including his dog) and to numerous boards and committees in the health care, education, entrepreneurial, and legal service areas.
